Stakeholder engagement has become a dominant management, and organisational practice to cope with the very dynamic environments in which firms operate. Stakeholder engagements and partnerships are very useful in addressing complex problems. They can also provide good opportunities for innovation and competitiveness. 

This programme is informed by the need to develop effective stakeholder engagement and partnership strategies amongst businesses in Nigeria. As such, developing strong and effective partnership competences will give a firm a competitive advantage; in addition to enabling it fulfill its social, economic, governance, and environmental responsibilities.

This hands-on training programme is designed to help participants develop an in-depth understanding of stakeholder engagement and partnership strategies, as well as the various techniques/tools/frameworks for such strategies. The end goal is to create a credible link between these practices and the strategic organisational objectives.
