Temitope Nursery and Primary School was established in the year 1974 in Onipanu, a suburb of Shomolu by Chief Mrs. Adeline Aduke Soile while still in Government service as an Education Officer. She bowed out and retired from public service in 1979 and went into full time running of the school already established.
It was set up to complement the Government’s effort in educating the masses morally, spiritually and intellectually.
The brain behind this laudable achievement was no other person than Pa. J.O. Adeleye of Blessed Memory.
Pa. J.O. Adeleye was educated at the famous saint Andrews College, Oyo in Oyo State of Nigeria and had his Second Class Teacher’s Certificate in 1923.
The late Pa. after much effort to establish a school wanted someone who was vested in education to succeed him.
In the family, he could only set eyes on his beloved niece, Mrs. Adeline Aduke Soile, who was then working with the Lagos mainland Branch of the Ministry of Education as a Principal Educational Officer.
In 1982, fire gutted the school there in Shomolu, rendering most of the place unsafe for learning activities. A decision was at that point reached and the Ketu school was born at Akintan Street whilst the Shomolu site was rebuilt. Although it was conceived in September 1980, it officially became a full-fledged Nursery school in 1982 as an ANNEX.
The school at Ketu experienced some accommodation challenges in 1988 and had to rent a place in Alapere, a suburb of Ketu to contain it. Gradually, the school held its first set of children in Primary five graduating that year and the November, 1988 with the interim Chairman of the P.T.A. steering affairs while the Chairman of the Board of Governors, High Chief S.A. Akintan, the Ojomu of Idanre was the Guest Speaker. This was when a piece of land was offered the school by Chief Akintan to solve the issue of accommodation. It was from this that the building presently occupied by Triple Crown College (formerly Temitope High School) was conceived. In September 1999, Magodo School which later transformed to Tee-Tops Nursery & Primary
School was established and began operation. To the glory of God, all the schools have been doing well and going from strength to strength, impacting generations through the collective efforts of staff and management, and the overwhelming support of all our parents and pupils.
Mama’s support and role in the establishment of Triple crown College which started off as Temitope High School needs also to be acknowledged in this brief.

A hardworking and tireless professional teacher who was left her foot prints on the educational scene.
On a sad note the curtain dropped for our founder as she passes on to glory in the evening of March 13th and was buried on the 30th of March 2007. May her gentle soul rest in peace. Amen.
However, she left firm instruction in her testament to ensure the continuity and growth of the educational legacy she left behind by appointing a board of Trustee made up of her children, Mrs. Bose Adegbuyi, Mrs. Titi Awolaja, dr. Bob Soile, Mr. Olumide Soile and Mr. Tunde Soile, Mrs. Seye Ogunlewe/Dr. Akin Ogunlewe and Mr. BolaOgunlewe.
