Mr. Durosinmi- Etti holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and he is also a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom. He started his banking career with Nigerian – American Merchant Bank Limited (Affiliate Bank of Boston) where he was Head of Accounts/Computer and later, Internal Control. Mr. Durosinmi – Etti left for Midas Merchant Bank where he served as, Head of Treasury and Assistant General Manager in charge of Money Market Division, before becoming Executive Director, and later Chief Executive Officer in 1994. He joined Lagos Building Investment Co. Limited in 2001 as Managing Director, from where he joined the services of EIB International Bank Plc in April 2002, and was appointed its MD/CEO in July, 2002, a position he held until the Bank merged with four others to form Skye Bank in 2006.
Mr. Ademulegun has expertise both in Accounting and Banking. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Masters degree in Economics (Money & Finance) from the University of Jos. He worked for Coopers & Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) before joining the services of Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc and later Gulf Bank where he held senior management positions.
Mr. Ademulegun was appointed Executive Director in EIB International Bank, apposition he held until the consolidation of the Bank in 2006. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and he holds a Treasury Dealership Certificate (TDC).
Dotun, a graduate of Political Science also has an MBA from the University of Ilorin, as well as a Certificate in Strategic Management in Banking from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD), Fontainebleau, France. He has over 23 years experience spanning several areas of banking including commercial banking, banking operations, customer services, and lately retail banking. A tireless and innovative banker, Dotun brings passion to his work, and always succeeds in inspiring and motivating those that work with him.
Ibiye has a Bachelors degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Lagos and an MBA degree from the Pan-African University, Lagos. She has also attended various banking and management training courses, including the Strategic Management in Banking and Advanced Management Program organized by INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France. With over 20 years banking experience spanning various areas such as Commercial banking, retail banking, Treasury, Corporate Banking, as well as Public Sector business amongst others, Ibiye currently heads the South South directorate in the Bank. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Amaka has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Buckingham in 1983 and an MBA in Marketing from University of Port Harcourt in 2000. Her 21 year banking experience spans various functions such as Commercial banking, Assets and liability Management, Treasury Management and Advisory services, amongst others. She has attended various function-specific and general management courses including the Lagos Business School seminar on Company Direction, and Strategic Management in Banking course organized by INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France. She is a senior fellow in the Institute of Internal Auditors of Nigeria and Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). She currently heads the South East directorate of the Bank.
Timothy Oguntayo has over 28 years of banking experience, starting his banking career in 1981 with United Bank for Africa Plc. Having acquired extensive experience in Commercial and Retail banking, he joined the then Prudent Merchant Bank, in 1990. Over the years, he has worked in various departments within the bank including Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory and Project Finance.
In his current capacity, he oversees the Investment Banking Group which incorporates Capital Market (Financial Advisory / Issuing House Services, Stock Broking and Asset Management), Project Finance and management of the Bank’s investment in subsidiary companies. He doubles as the MD/CEO of Skye Financial Services Limited, the asset management subsidiary company of the Bank.
Timothy is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has attended several senior management development programmes locally and overseas, including the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, France.
Abimbola Izu holds a degree in Law from the University of Ife, Ile Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), and a Masters of Law degree (LLM) from the University of Warwick, England. She was a multiple award winner at the University of Ife, the Nigeria Law School, and at the University of Warwick.
Bimbola is a seasoned technocrat, with over 20 years of experience in the practice of law, both in private legal practice, and in the banking industry. Her career spans several leading Law firms, including Bentley, Edu & Co, Chief Afe Babalola & Co, and Olaniwun Ajayi & Co, from where she joined the services of Bond Bank as pioneer Company Secretary / Legal Adviser in 2002. She later became the Head, Legal and Corporate Services Division of the Bank, overseeing the Administrative Services, Branding and Strategic Communications, and Human Resources Departments of the Bank.
Upon the merger of Bond Bank with four other legacy institutions to form Skye Bank, Bimbola was appointed the Company Secretary / Legal Adviser of the new bank in January 2006. She also oversees the Corporate Affairs Department of the Bank. She has attended many local and international training programmes, including several courses on Environment and Development, and the Senior Management Programme at the Lagos Business School. She is an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
