TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
RMS is committed to providing its employees with quality training designed to equip them with the relevant skill-set. The investment in training is based on needs identified by employees and their managers. This approach is designed to encourage the development of personal potential, the building on existing skills and growing those which will drive the individual and the organisation forward.For all new employees, there is the chance to take part in the RMS Academy, a one week off-site annual training programme designed to introduce new staff to market research as well as specific company processes.For those that so desire there is the chance for international moves after having built up some experience within the company.
RMS has offices in Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana, India, Senegal,Kenya, DR Congo and the United Kingdom. Additionally we are able to conduct research in most other African countries, amongst which; Gambia, Sierra Leone,Ivory Coast, Togo, Benin, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda.
