RUNNING WITH THE VISION
The Charis Vision:
Helping and releasing men to make their lives count here and hereafter
To build city-wide churches where members are raised to fully utilize their God-given potential so the church can collectively be:
1. A source of continual praise and glory to God;
2. Positively influence the community, the nation and the world at large;
3. A centre to spread God’s message of love to the nations of the earth.
Our Senior Pastor:
The Senior Pastor of Charis Family International Church is Tunde Jaiyebo. Pastor Jaiyebo attended University of Ife, Ile-Ife, Oyo State, Nigeria (now Obafemi Awolowo University) where he bagged an honours degree in Law. After graduating from the Nigeria Law School in Lagos Nigeria he practiced as a Legal Practitioner for several years.
He was the pioneer President and Field Representative of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International in the South West region of Nigeria and a member of the Nigeria National Executive Council.
He relocated from Nigeria to the United Kingdom to Nigeria in 1990 where, in addition to secular employment in the United Kingdom Government Service, he was actively involved in ministry work at New Covenant Church, London.
After spending four years in London, the Lord directed him to return to Nigeria to pioneer Charis Family International Church which he started with six people but has now grown to a network of churches in Nigeria (Ibadan, Onidundu, Lagos) and Pretoria, South Africa.
Pastor Jaiyebo now devotes his full time to teaching, writing, pastoring and leadership development.
He has written over eleven books and is a columnist in Sunday Tribune, a national daily in Nigeria.

A Message from the Training Director
A fulfillment which cannot be matched is to see an inconsistent Christian individual respond to training, and thereafter be transformed into a productive vessel in the Hand and Vineyard of God. This is what I’ve been privileged to witness repeatedly in the last sixteen years of CMTI’s existence.
How do we achieve this? We simply make adequate biblical information available to our ‘students’ for the purpose of self – realization of their calling and self-identification of their gifting. And if willing and inspired, they voluntarily respond to God’s purpose and calling for their lives. I make bold, with every ounce of humility to say, this can be your testimony!
We hereby extend a hand of fellowship to you as we look forward to seeing you in any of our schools, either in Ibadan or Lagos. However, should you feel compelled to take a bold step to contact us, we shall gladly accommodate you, either in any of our training programs or, visit you on your premises to organize a training to suit your needs.
