ABIKE CHAMBERS was established on 17th day of July, 1995 by ISIAKA ABIOLA OLAGUNJU while it was duly incorporated as a law firm on 4th day of December, 1997 with Registration N0 RC: IBZ RCI 3203259. However, on 1st March, 2000 BAMIDELE DUROTADE ABOLARIN joined the firm as a PARTNER while on 17th Day of July, 2004, the firm went into partnership arrangement with the Lagos-based Law Firm of MOTOLANI AKINLUSI AND COMPANY. ABIKE CHAMBERS has an extensive client base of major domestic and international corporations, banks, financial institutions and state authorities. ABIKE CHAMBERS prides itself as being not only a reputable law firm, but a very approachable one which maintains an interest in its clients. We consider our relationship with our clients, key to our modest success. We believe that our's is relationship-driven practice. Most of our clients have been with us since inception of the chambers. The firm is broadly organized into two divisions namely LITIGATION and CORPORATE Practice. The Corporate Practice division relates to all matters involving but not limited to Telecommunications Law, Commercial Oil and Gas Law, Property and Conveyancing Law, Immigration and Family Law.
The Litigation division involves all matters as instructed by our clients.Our office is linked with modern operational and communication systems for the benefit of our clients.

The property and Conveyancing Practice of the firm is ideally positioned to provide fast and accurate information and expertise to all our major clients who include a telecommunication giant in Nigeria as well as developers, both large and small, estate agents and individual sellers and purchasers of Real Estate. Our area of concentration on property development includes: -

The department also handles bulk conveyancing in the form of transfers of residential, commercial and industrial properties and the registration of different types of mortgage bonds.
IMMIGRATION AND FAMILY LAW
ABIKE CHAMBERS immigration and family law practice is a broad based whose clients include respectable individuals. Our area of concentration on immigration and family law includes: -

ABIKE CHAMBERS litigation practice is a broad based practice whose clients include a telecommunication giant, banks, construction companies, insurance underwriters, oil and Gas companies, associated product companies and individuals. The firm provides range of services in litigation matters on civil and criminal side. The firm’s litigation group advises and acts in all types of commercial and corporate cases from simple disputes that may only require pragmatic negotiations to major cases. We represent clients in the Supreme Court of Nigeria, The Court of Appeal of Nigeria, various High Courts and Securities and Exchange Tribunals as well as other trial courts. Our scope of litigation service includes drafting and institution of suit, petitions, claims, Brief of Argument of Appeals, conducting cases from the beginning till the end.
